 With the laws enacted in NJ to qualify eliminate all local, state, and federal rebates with the fair wage act in your state. Those roofers and electricians are all union and get a minimum of $75 per hour and you have to use them or Vinny pays you a visit to collect the dues...  Have you considered moving to another state?
