Cool Your Thoughts on the PACE Initiative...

Do you think it is a viable program that will gain momentum and become favorable for the industry or will it become bogged down with bureaucracy and never make it into a reality. I know right now that the major hurdle right now is determining the right of ownership in the act of a foreclosure...this is just a typical stance of greed in my opinion in that we ought to be looking at the bigger picture of the environment rather than lining pockets....

Seems your hopes of gaining momentum may have gotten a little closer seeing as the president 'declared war on oil dependence' in the latest state of the union. But personally, ..I would put my money on the bureaucracy thing. (as demonstrated in the oil spill)

Nah. Americans are not that stupid, or at least I hope not. Remember Obama said he wants to bankrupt energy companies. Which means he want to bankrupt the USA and put you out of a job. Then inflation will sore and prices shoot up so high all you can do is cut your throat.

Come November the Liberal Democratic Politicians majority will end, they will be unemployed, and grid lock both houses. That will freeze Obama Policy and send him to the unemployment line in 2012.

You may have an idea of where I stand. I don't believe a word they say. And as far as americans being stupid, ...um, I'm not going to touch that one, rather say they are extremely apathetic.

As far as the second part there, business as usual.

Change you can believe in? [evil emoticon] bwahahaha! I've heard some angry dems say Barack has been the best republican president we've had. Personally, I always thought the differences in the parties is just an illusion to keep us distracted.

meanwhile ..India all set to generate 1000 MW solar power by 2013 with US technology

Default in response...

I think you all nailed it in a way, the last statement says more than anything....while we sit here as a country and play he said she said and play nice in the sandbox, other countries are continuing to dominate a market that we should be playing a much more active role in....more and more aggravating every day....
