Today I read that lettuce is being recalled due to e.coli.
Last night on the news there was a spot about Bolthouse Farms Carrot juice, and some folks getting sick after drinking it. I'm really beginning to be a bit afraid. What's next? Does anyone else think this could be part of a conspiracy to get us to accept genetically modified foods? |

Now we have the Taco Bell e.coli outbreak! However, don't be scared, just take precautions. We live in an age with great medical care - in previous generations, epidemics were rampant.

First they were saying it might be the lettuce, now they are saying it is Taco Bell's scallions. Luckily I never go to Taco Bell.

Right. Take reasonable precautions but don't be swayed from eating fresh fruits and vegetables - they are good for you. Remember heart disease is the #1 killer!

I think nothing to worry about it. It's just sometimes the media over exaggerated the issues. I still eat raw foods now such as spinach, carrots, lettuce and more. But makes sure that you wash thoroughly before eating.
